Structure
Heroik Media does not conform to a typical structure. This allows our team to deliver scalable, cost-effective solutions and maximize results.
Process

Depending on our client’s needs and the demands of the job, we will begin with consultation & research. In this phase, we will do our homework, determine all the variables, discuss resources, roles, and account for all parties involved to delegate responsibility. Using this information we will build a brand /strategy plan. The client will decide how they’d like the plan managed, and either designate the teams they’d like to be trained or allow us to manage and deploy the strategy.
After we have determined how the strategy will be executed, we will either train client teams, work with existing marketing and PR agencies and integrate with their efforts or begin rolling out the plan in house.
Reporting
We will work with you to identify deliverables and provide analytic data as part of our arrangement. We will send analytic feedback on a regular timely basis and check in with our client if any changes need to be made to the strategy.
Tools
Along with an array of a trade-secret suite of tools related to content, SEO and social media; we also take advantage of industry standard tools such as Google Keywords, Analytics and Heatmaps to manage and track our projects.
Google Analytic tools-tracks information on your website related to visitors and their demographic. Google’s tools are free and available on the web.
Google KeyWord Tools- Choosing the proper keywords is important and this tool makes it easy. It can also help you select words for google ads and advertisements on other platforms as well.
Heat Maps- track what your visitors are clicking on and where their eyes are wandering and where they aren’t. This is a great tool to modify design and decide where to insert ad space.

Measuring ROI
Social Media is not just about marketing but everyone expects a good return on investment. That is why we sit down at the beginning and discuss business goals and how you define a successful social media presence and successful marketing campaigns. We discuss and determine the positive milestones, growth, and goals to achieve with each campaign whether its to add 15 new distributors, make 1000 impressions in a month, earn 3 new customers or educate 100, we’ll come up with realistic, specific, measurable goals together That will be laid out before we deploy the strategy.
Media & Design
We treat media and design in a different way. Rather than looking at creating “flavor of the month” media campaigns , we try to focus the core of our content and graphic skills on creating elements that can be distributed, recycled and re-used with other marketing and business efforts for the life of that business. We train our clients on all of the geurilla marketing techniques we know to maximize efficiency and preserve time.
Visually speaking our goals our simple: Communicate the message visually and make it interactive and persistent.
We have a strict no-bull policy at Heroik Media. We don’t rely on the magic of buzz words nor focus on finding the most compicated or sophisticated way of explaining what we do. We try to keep it simple and boast about the skills of our team and the focus that brought us together, the proven skills of visual and verbal communication mixed with years and years of geekery, obession, and unhealthy relationships with technology.
Language & SEO
We believe Social media is not a magical formula or fairytale; it’s a commitment to content and conversation. Many marketing, PR, Internet firms rely on praying on the ignorance of their clients, using buzz-words like Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and charging you for free services and tools like the Google analytic and keyword suite, without so much as teaching you how to use them .
If you happen to hear an Google employee speak about page rank and SEO, you’ll know just as we do that when it comes to ranking and language, Google is chasing the natural and trying to eliminate the shortcuts. We don’t attempt to get our clients involved in a lucrative practice of creating fake content through using every SEO word loosely associated with a business in a run-on nonsensical sentence. As readers, we hate this and as writers and designers it’s like nails on a chalkboard. So we train teams to write naturally and remind them of the SEO vocab list but instruct them not to lean on it too heavily.
The goal of social media strategy is to get more humans to read and engage with your business and you with them. Even if you achieve top-ranking through SEO tom-foolery, when people visit a site riddled with horrible content they leave. Most Internet marketing firms define these interactions as a success story, when the reality is that although technically speaking you got more visitors to your site, they left quickly with a bad impression of the company. They may return to throw tomatoes and link to your site in trash talking sessions but none of it is good PR or Social media strategy.
So, in short, you can count on us to help enforce the no-bull policy, whether we are communicating with you or on your behalf, we’ll keep it real and interesting. We work to raise the bar higher by finding new creative ways to embrace your audience.
