AI’s Fatal Flaw: How Woke Ideology is Crippling Machine Learning and Costing Business Billions

Introduction

Let’s drop some truth bombs about the state of AI and how the PC police pushing ESG and DEI have completely f**ked it up for the rest of us. Get ready, because this is going to sting a little.

You know that shiny new AI assistant or chatbot you've been using lately? The one that's supposed to be this amazing leap forward in technology and productivity? Well, I've got some bad news for you – it's been brainwashed.

Let me break it down for you real quick: DEI and ESG are being pushed by activist as the end-all-be-all solution for high performing and noble organizations  out there.  These ideas are here to make everyone’s lives better and save the planet by…er.. they haven’t really figured out that part yet. On the surface, these concepts might sound like really good ideas. Who doesn’t want to save the planet, or give everyone an equal chance, but before we drink the kool-aid let’s look at this through an analytical lens.

A Quick Dismantling of The Pink Elephants in the Room

DEI policies do not fit that description. DEI policies are fundamentally incompatible with the profit motives of business. Companies exist to provide value to customers and returns for shareholders – not to be social justice philosophers. By deprioritizing merit and ability, businesses are actively shooting themselves in the foot, and writing off their shenanigans to quiet quitting – never mind the loud woke-ing they’re doing.

Do you think the rising stars in your industry want to work at a company that will pay them less solely based on their skin pigment, gender or ethnicity? Heck no! Top performers want their excellence rewarded, not held back by or given to mediocrity that checks the PC boxes.

Do you think top performers will remain loyal and stick around when their paycheck is punished based on pigment?

And corporate DEI clowns can’t maintain logical consistency on “equity” for two seconds. For all the talk about equity, how many organizations are paying the girl in the mail room the same as the CEO? The pay gaps between the C-suite and workers don’t reflect all that virtual signaling equity bluster. It’s all a bad-faith joke that ultimately hurts the organization.

As for ESG, it’s a complete shell game pushed by fund managers looking to get comped tickets to Davos for their next World Economic Forum meeting, or whatever summit Bond villains and enemies of the GI Joes attend. Look, if prioritizing the environment is the priority, why does everyone avoid talking about China’s track record? Why doesn’t Apple make a phone that lasts 30 years, and stop their practice of planned obsolescence strategies? And let’s not forget the vacuous term of “social responsibility” which varies based on which regime is in charge and who can press the censor button. Also the greenwashing shell game, credit swapping, social credit scores, and all the strings attached in between is just cloak and dagger political corruption in action.

What does this have to do with AI?

Let's cut through the noise. We're living in a time where AI's potential to skyrocket productivity and innovation is getting smothered under the weight of DEI and ESG. It's like we asked AI to become the next Einstein but ended up programming it to be the next social justice warrior instead. Here's the hard truth: mixing AI with DEI and ESG isn't just misguided—it's a blueprint for disaster.

The Heart of the Matter

When you deploy AI in your biz, you're chasing those gold nuggets of insights that can propel you miles ahead of the competition, right? But here’s where the plot thickens: instead of mining gold, AI's been busy sifting through social scores and environmental reports. Why? Because someone decided that AI needs a crash course in social justice and sustainability before it can solve real-world problems. The result? A convoluted mess that's as far from Einstein’s brain as you can get.

When you fire up that AI chat bot, you expect the best ideas, processes and feedback relative to the goals of the organization, and context of the situation right? Well that’s not actually how the current AI tools work.

Since AI is trained on the median for mentioned answers being the “right” answer, it’s biased to favor a majority of the volume of content it is trained on. Common answers are confused for correct answers. And the problem is, the median is often mediocre and chalk full of bad answers to any number of issues. So the entirety of the written body of work used to train the AI, does not accurately reflect actual behavior at the individual or organizational level. Instead,  AI will parrot back the sum of commonly accepted or encouraged language. And this is how you get an undiscerning preference for bad ideas.AI doesn’t yet understand the difference between language and reason. In essence, AI’s potential is hamstrung by its training. It is not thinking per se. It repeats what is most likely to be commonly accepted, predicting based on experience, what people want to hear.

And with the wonderful censored body of training data, the available information was already a politically correct cesspool to begin with.

The Misguided Fusion of AI with DEI & ESG

The inherent bias from data training was just not enough for the nerd herd. The powers that be doubled down and gave AI a Ph.D in DEI and ESG, as if it were a religion.

The geniuses at the AI companies thought it was a really good idea to reinforce this already flawed training approach by weighting preferences for language that aligns with DEI and ESG principles, which fail under the stressors of basic logic and reasoning. So in effect, the current generation of AI tools doubled down on stupid, or fundamentally flawed thinking, with no means of critical correction.

The Current Problem: AI Woke AF

So now we have AI’s highly biased towards:

  • Regurgitating woke talking points
  • Standing on dishonest, anti-rational premises
  • Mimicking a decadent, dishonest corporatist orthodoxy

Instead of AI giving you razor sharp inputs based on the context you fed it, it's caught up evaluating the environmental impact of your coffee machine or ensuring your team's skin colors match a Pantone diversity chart. Sounds absurd, right? Yet, that's the playground we've built for AI, thanks to a heavy-handed push for DEI and ESG.

The Future Problem: Rationalizing the Irrational &  Reconciling the Irreconcilable

The problem down the road is, when you do teach AI how to apply logic and reasoning, how is it to reconcile the irreconcilable? Will it’s head just pop at the stupidity of it all? Will it replace the principles with some other set? Who knows? I guess we will have to wait and see.

3 Opportunities in AI Right Now

The biases and faulty logic in the current AI tools  have created a number of opportunities:

1) Develop a non-woke model – For the big tech titans out there, there’s a clear opportunity to develop a non-woke or at least less woke foundational AI model that doesn’t prioritize ESG and DEI principles. Elon Musk appears headed in this direction. The open source community continues to create real competition for the current generation of AI, finding more efficient compute models, and removing concepts that reflect a political era of censorship and thought crime.

2) Develop tools to mitigate, retrain and circumvent AI stupidity – Users and organizations effectively have to debunk, reprogram, overcome, override, or otherwise “contextually train” the AI to circumvent the silly ideas it has been trained to squawk wherever and whenever it can. Corrective AI tools can help address the flaws and issues in the foundational models.

3) Creating hybrid multi-mind AI models – These involve other AI’s checking the work of dominant AI models. Think of it like a gut-check, a conscience or discernment engine, that weeds out the crap. Imagine an AI standing over the other AI with a wooden spoon, ready to correct it, without the need of human intervention. The multi-minded or multi-AI approach is becoming standard practice, based on its ability to outperform solo AI acts.

Navigating the AI Maze – The Heroik Way

Alright, enough doom and gloom. Here’s how we flip the script:

  • Specialize and Strategize Dive into the world of specialized AI tools that cut through the fluff. Your aim? Tools that turbocharge productivity without preaching about polar bears.
  • Build Your BS Detector Integrate discernment engines that filter out the noise. Think of it as your organization’s immune system against the virus of inefficiency.
  • Crank Up Your Culture Reinvent your organizational DNA to be high-performance and merit-focused. Your guiding star? Results, not rhetoric.
  • Live it or Leave it – Ensure every cog in your machine—every process, every policy, every principle of your culture is in alignment—driving you toward your North Star. If it doesn’t, it’s dead weight. Drop it.
  • Consult the Axe – If you Hired a consulting firm that sold you the DEI & ESG pipedream – show them the door. Your investment should fuel growth, not guilt trips.

The Fight for Rational AI

Look, I'm all about making the world better. But you don't get there through discrimination and pseudo-science like DEI and ESG. It betrays true American principles.

The hot AI trend was hijacked by grifters and political operatives. But we'll build better, more rational AI that isn't paralyzed by woke brainwashing. After this clears, we'll be sprinting ahead while the DEI/ESG fools are stuck rebooting their biased, broken AI.

AI has incredible potential, but only if we defeat this ridiculous ideological virus infecting it. The future of business demands a return to meritocracy, logic, innovation and anti-discrimination. Let’s program our approach, focusing on what truly matters and has been shown to work for society: building businesses that are not just profitable, but testaments to the heights of free and sovereign individuals working together to build a better tomorrow.  Let’s get back to building empires not political echo chambers.
